2025年11月10日

由消費者委員會主辦的「消費權益新聞報道獎」，一直致力表揚在消費權益議題上持續深耕的新聞工作者。今年的比賽收到來自35間新聞機構、社交平台及大專院校，一共466份參賽作品，其中由傳播學院新聞及傳播（榮譽）學士課程兩組同學提交的作品，在「大專院校新聞獎」組別中分別獲得銀獎及優異獎，得獎同學的名單如下：

在社交媒體上有不少跨境代購新鮮肉類的行為，代購商聲稱可以直接由內地送往香港各區，這種行為有甚麼法律和食安風險？

傳播學院於2025年7月3日舉辦了2024/25學年的第二次教學分享會。本次分享會由傳播學院曹虹（旨言）院長擔任主持人，特別邀請了世新大學特聘教授兼新聞傳播學院院長及傳播博士學位學程主任蘇建州教授擔任主講，講題是「從民調到大數據：AI時代傳播教育與研究的轉型契機」。曹院長首先代表傳播學院歡迎蘇教授的到訪，並介紹了蘇教授的學術背景與研究專長。

蘇建州教授的發言則先回顧了兩校之間長久的情誼，特別是他曾出席恒生大學傳播學院所舉辦的「2024兩岸三地新聞傳播學院院長論壇」，與一眾學者共同分享新聞傳播教育的挑戰與展望，令他印象深刻。蘇教授的演講從民意調查對選舉及公共事務的影響出發，特別介紹了美國國家民意調查委員會（National Council on Public Polls, NCPP）對於民調相關新聞報道的原則，以維護傳播受眾取得可靠的消息。蘇教授也分享了他過往所參與的民調案例，特別是在加入了社群媒體的聲量及大數據分析後，對於選舉結果與政策風向的預測。

蘇教授也提及人工智能時代對於傳播研究與教學方法的範式轉移，在科技的驅動下，讓傳播者運用新思維與工作方式，繼續發掘資料，傳播真相。在演講之後，傳播學院的教師也分別就蘇教授的演講提問，在熱烈的交流中結束了這次教學分享會。
