Prof. Andrés LUCERO

Prof. Andrés Lucero is an Associate Professor of Interaction Design in the Department of Art and Media at Aalto University. His research centres on the design and evaluation of innovative interaction techniques for mobile devices and other interactive surfaces. With a keen interest in human-computer interaction, design, and play, Prof. Lucero has made significant contributions to the field. He is particularly renowned for his autoethnography, Living Without a Mobile Phone, which has garnered acclaim in academic circles for its profound insights and unique perspective on human-computer interaction. In recognition of his expertise, Prof. Lucero was invited by the City University of Hong Kong (CityU) to deliver a series of lectures on human-computer interactions. One highlight was his talk titled “Creating Delightful User Experiences”, presented on June 14, 2024, at the Run Run Shaw Creative Media Centre, CityU.

陳昌鳳教授是暨南大學國際傳播研究院院長，清華大學新聞與傳播學院教授。先後任教於北京大學國際關係學院、新聞與傳播學院，曾任副院長。2007年加入清華大學新聞與傳播學院，曾任副院長、常務副院長，《全球傳媒學刊》主編。國家社科重大課題首席專家。主持國家級、部委等研究課題多項。著作十餘部，發表論文二百餘篇。主要研究領域：新聞傳播史、媒介與技術變遷/智能傳播、媒介倫理。教育部新聞傳播教育指導委員會原副主任委員，國務院學位委員會第七屆學科評議組成員，中國新聞史學會名譽會長、第四屆會長，亞太傳播學會（APCA）聯盟主席。國際媒介與傳播研究學會（IAMCR）地方組委會主席、國際理事會成員，聯合國教科文組織資訊倫理工作委員會委員，中國記協新聞道德委員會委員、第八屆和第九屆常務理事。入選國家「萬人計畫」領軍人才，中宣部文化名家暨「四個一批」人才，國務院政府特殊津貼專家。
Prof. Chen Changfeng is Dean of the Institute of International Communication at Jinan University and Professor at the School of Journalism and Communication, Tsinghua University. She subsequently taught at Peking University’s School of International Relations and School of Journalism and Communication, where she served as Deputy Dean. She joined Tsingua University’s School of Journalism and Communication in 2007 and has held positions including Deputy Dean and Executive Deputy Dean. She is Editor‑in‑Chief of Global Media and Communication.
Prof. Chen has been a principal investigator on major projects funded by the National Social Science Fund. She has authored more than ten books and published over 200 journal articles. Her primary research areas include the history of journalism and communication, media and technological change / intelligent communication, and media ethics.
She has held a number of national and international service roles: former Vice‑Chair of the Ministry of Education’s Steering Committee for Journalism and Communication Education; member of the 7th Discipline Evaluation Panel of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council; Honorary President and former (4th) President of the Chinese Society for the History of Journalism; Chair of the APCA (Asia‑Pacific Association for Communication) Alliance; Chair of a local organising committee and board member of IAMCR (International Association for Media and Communication Research); member of UNESCO’s Information Ethics Working Committee; member of the China Journalists Association’s Committee on Journalistic Ethics; and executive council member in its 8th and 9th terms. She is also the recipient of a special government allowance from the State Council.

Dr Louis NG has been the inaugural Director of the Hong Kong Palace Museum since 2019. Previously he was Deputy Director of Leisure and Cultural Services Department, Hong Kong SAR Government, where he oversaw the operation of the department’s museums, performing arts centres and public libraries. He is currently a Council Member of the Hong Kong Baptist University, an Adjunct Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and an Honorary Professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He earned his PhD degree in history from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

王廷信教授現任中國傳媒大學藝術研究院院長，教授、博士生導師，並獲國務院特殊津貼。他早年主理東南大學藝術學院，出任院長，其後轉至中國傳媒大學，先後擔任藝術研究院常務副院長及院長。曾參與第七屆國務院學位委員會藝術學理論學科評議工作。現兼任中國文藝評論家協會副主席、中國戲劇家協會理論與評論委員會副主任委員、中國藝術人類學學會中國建築文化研究會監事長，並主編《藝術傳播研究》與《中國文化傳播》。研究專注藝術理論、藝術傳播與戲曲藝術。
Prof. Wang is Dean, Professor and doctoral supervisor at the Institute of Arts Research, Communication University of China, and a State Council Special Allowance recipient. He began his career as Dean of the School of Arts at Southeast University before moving to CUC, rising from Executive Deputy Dean to Dean of the Institute. He has served on the Arts Theory review panel of the State Council's Academic Degrees Committee, and currently holds posts including Vice-Chairman of the China Literature and Art Critics Association, deputy head of the Ministry of Education's arts-theory steering committee, and vice-president of two national arts societies, while editing two scholarly journals. His research centres on art theory, art communication and Chinese opera.

Prof. Issac Leung is a practicing artist, curator, and scholar in art and culture. In 2003, Leung received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Over the last few decades, he has initiated and participated in various projects, including exhibitions, workshops, lectures, publications, online projects, and symposia. Some of these projects include '40 Years of Video Art' (Hong Kong, China; and Germany), 'Time Test – International Video Art Research Exhibition' (Beijing, China), 'ISEA Festival' (Hong Kong, China), 'Both Sides Now' (Hong Kong, China; the UK; and various countries), 'Loop Barcelona' (Barcelona, Spain), 'China Remixed' (Indiana, USA), 'Clockenflap' (Hong Kong, China), 'Art Basel Crowdfunding Initiative' (Hong Kong, China), and 'Beyond the Singularity' (Hong Kong, China). Leung is currently an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Arts at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

王聖雨博士爲香港大學美術博物館副館長，同時任教於香港大學文學院博物館學項目與核心通識課程。她於英國牛津大學攻讀考古學碩士與博士學位，獲牛津中國學人獎學金，主要研究方向為早期中國墓葬美術。王聖雨本科就讀於北京大學，獲博物館學與中文雙學位。在香港大學任職前，王聖雨曾爲香港故宮文化博物館副研究員。她參與了香港故宮2022年開幕展的籌備，並擔任多個特別展覽的策展人，包括2023年 「凝視三星堆：四川考古新發現」 和2024年 「中華文明溯源」 展。她多次參與上海博物館和牛津阿什莫林博物館的展覽和出版項目，並於中國和英國從事田野考古發掘。她也長期在中國大陸、香港和英國就中國藝術與考古、展覽策劃等話題發表文章與演講。
Dr Shengyu Wang is Associate Curator at the University Museum and Art Gallery, University of Hong Kong (HKU), where she also teaches in the Museum Studies Programme, Faculty of Arts, and contributes to the Common Core Course curriculum. Shengyu is a China Oxford Scholarship awardee with DPhil and MPhil in Archaeology from the University of Oxford. Her research focuses primarily on mortuary art in early imperial China. She double-majored in Museology and Chinese Literature in Peking University as an undergraduate.
Prior to joining HKU, Shengyu served as Associate Curator at the Hong Kong Palace Museum. She made curatorial contributions to the opening exhibitions in 2022, and co-led special exhibitions including "Gazing at Sanxingdui: New Archaeological Discoveries in Sichuan" in 2023 and "The Origins of Chinese Civilisation" in 2024. She was also involved in exhibition projects at Shanghai Museum and the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, and participated in archaeological excavations in China and the UK. She has been lecturing and publishing on Chinese art and archaeology in mainland China, Hong Kong, and the UK.

杜英（Roselyn Du）教授畢業於北卡羅來納大學教堂山分校（University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill），在校期間曾榮獲久負盛名的「大學獎學金」（University Fellowship）及「未來教職獎學金」（Future Faculty Fellowship）。她的研究興趣涵蓋全球媒體、人工智能與新聞業、受眾分析、媒體公信力等領域。她的研究成果屢獲國內外「最佳論文獎」，並獲得多項科研基金資助。她曾於2017年和2026年赴南加州大學（USC Annenberg School）擔任訪問學者。在加州州立大學富勒頓分校（CSU Fullerton）任職期間，她曾兩度榮獲「傑出研究表現獎」。在加入加州州立之前，她曾在香港浸會大學任教十年，期間也獲得「傑出學術表現獎」。杜博士目前擔任多家SSCI學術期刊的編委會以及顧問委員會成員，同時也是《亞洲媒體》（*Media Asia*，Taylor & Francis出版）的副主編。在投身學術界之前，她曾是一名屢獲殊榮的中國一線新聞記者。
Prof. Roselyn Du received her PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was awarded a prestigious University Fellowship as well as the Future Faculty Fellowship. Her areas of interest include global media, AI and journalism, audience analysis, and media credibility. Her research has garnered international and national Top Paper awards and has been honored by highly competitive grants. She has published widely in refereed journals such as Journalism & Mass Communication Quarterly, Journal of Broadcasting & Electronic Media, International Journal of Communication, and Journalism & Mass Communication Educator, as well as in well-regarded edited volumes by invitation. She was a visiting scholar at the USC Annenberg School in 2017 and 2026. While at CSU Fullerton, she has been a two-time recipient of the Outstanding Performance Award in Research. Before joining the faculty in Fullerton, she spent ten years at Hong Kong Baptist University, where she received the Outstanding Performance Award in Scholarly Work. Dr. Du serves on the editorial board of Journalism & Mass Communication Quarterly (Sage) and the advisory board of International Communication Gazette (Sage), and is an associate editor for Media Asia (Taylor & Francis). In a previous life, she was an award-winning frontline journalist in China.

Dr Sobel Chan Ka Lok is the associate programme director of the BA (Hons) in Convergent Media and Communication Technology and the tutor for MA in Digital Media for Online Communication at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. The Best Director and Best Screenwriter award recipient at the London Film Awards, he previously held academic leadership at Academy of Film, Hong Kong Baptist University and served as an external PhD examiner in screenwriting for RMIT University, Australia.

李易璇女士現任香港芭蕾舞團行政總監，銳意融入香港元素，推動本地文化藝術走向國際舞臺。李氏致力推動香港文化、藝術及教育發展，參與多項公職，竭誠貢獻其文化管理經驗與領導策劃才能，曾為香港多個文化藝術團體負責藝術管理工作及擔任項目策劃。曾任職香港舞蹈團、PIP文化產業、香港話劇團、香港文化中心及香港藝穗會等。2010年起由李嘉誠基金會聘任為汕頭大學長江藝術與設計學院行政總監、2014年起出任副院長及藝術教育中心總監，2018年任汕大體育園文化及藝術發展總監。李易璇女士畢業於香港中文大學，獲文化管理碩士，及香港演藝學院科藝學院舞臺管理學士學位。於 2021 年獲得美國商會頒發「最具影響力女性——藝術大師」獎。
Ms Heidi Lee Yik-shuen is the Executive Director of Hong Kong Ballet, committed to integrating Hong Kong elements and promoting local culture and the arts on the international stage. She has long contributed to the development of Hong Kong’s cultural, artistic, and educational sectors through numerous public roles, bringing extensive arts‑management experience and leadership in programme planning. Ms Lee has held arts‑management and project‑curation positions with several Hong Kong cultural organisations, including Hong Kong Dance Company, PIP Cultural Industries, Hong Kong Repertory Theatre, Hong Kong Cultural Centre, and Fringe Club.
In 2010 she was appointed Executive Director of the Cheung Kong School of Art and Design at Shantou University by the Li Ka Shing Foundation. From 2014 she served as Associate Dean and Director of the Centre for Arts Education, and in 2018 she became Director of Cultural and Arts Development at Shantou University Sports Park. Ms Lee holds an MA in Cultural Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a BA in Stage Management from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. In 2021, she received the “Most Influential Woman — Arts Maestro” award from the American Chamber of Commerce.

Prof. Liang Tan is Professor of Digital Media Art and PhD Supervisor at Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts (GAFA), and holds a PhD in Interaction Design from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is Director of the Intelligent Media Art Laboratory at GAFA. He also serves as Vice President of the Mainland Alumni Association of the Graduate School at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Visiting Professor in Computational Media and Arts at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), and Expert Committee Member of the Guangdong Center for the Collaborative Innovation Platform for AI Art Education. His research focuses on generative AI, digital art, and interaction design, with particular interests in AI-driven artistic innovation, human–AI co-creation, and emerging forms of digital experience.

Professor Libby Chan is currently Professor of Practice in the Department of Sociology (Arts, Culture, and Technology Programme) at Hong Kong Shue Yan University, dedicated to integrating academic research with practical applications in the museum, art, and cultural sectors. Previously, she served as the Director of the Indra and Harry Banga Gallery at the City University of Hong Kong, Chief Curator and Assistant Director (Exhibitions and Collections) of the Hong Kong Maritime Museum, Senior Curator (China) at the Asian Civilisations Museum, National Heritage Board of Singapore, and a Curatorial Fellow at the National Museum of Asian Art, Smithsonian Institution, in Washington, D.C., USA. Her curatorial and research interests include museology and art technology, Cross-cultural exchanges, and Chinese ritual and export arts.

馬立明教授是廣東廣州人，暨南大學新聞與傳播學院副教授，暨南大學國際關係學博士，傳播學博士後，美國加州大學聖巴巴拉分校（UCSB）訪問學者。致公黨中央專委會委員，獲教育部「網路名師」稱號。研究方向為：國際傳播、政治傳播和新聞實務，並關注人工智能在新聞傳播中的應用。在《新聞與傳播研究》、《新聞大學》、《當代傳播》、《世界社會科學》等高水準期刊發表論文50餘篇。主持國家級課題一項，子課題一項，省部級課題多項。負責課程為：新聞評論、政治傳播、國際關係等。曾為媒體評論員，在《南方日報》《深圳特區報》《南風窗》發表社論、評論文章數百篇，並多次擔任廣東衛視、深圳衛視等時政節目特約評論員。
