SCOM Students Won a Merit Award at the 23rd Consumer Rights Reporting Awards

The Consumer Rights Reporting Awards, organised by the Consumer Council, aims to celebrate and promote journalistic excellence in consumer rights issues. A total of 373 entries were received from 42 media organisations and higher education institutions this year. Among them, the entry submitted by a team of students from the Bachelor of Journalism and Communication (Honours) won a Merit Award in the Tertiary Student Journalism Award category. The team members are as follows:

Merit Award: Tertiary Student Journalism Award Category: “Unethical Home Breeding Sellers”
Award-winning Team: Chan Chun Yi, Cheng Pui Yee, Kwok Yat Long, Lee Sin Ting and Yeung Wai Kit
